About Me
Dr. Arellano Haberberger is an educator, writer, parent, and weirdo who has served as an educator in St. Louis City schools for 17 years. Dr. H teaches English I, Advanced Placement Literature and Composition, and Modern Poetry at Gateway STEM High School.
After receiving her Doctorate in Education in 2016, she spent six years teaching at the college level. A passionate advocate for equity and justice for all, she is a certified yoga teacher and social-emotional learning facilitator. She is the literacy and SEL instructor and development manager for LitShop, a nonprofit providing girls* ages 10-18 with opportunities in reading, writing, making, and building.
She resides in the High Pointe neighborhood with her stand-up comedian husband, two sons, four stepchildren, two dogs, two cats, and plants.
